IG INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION

FOR GYM EMPLOYEES: If your gym is insured by Insure Gymnastics, please proceed below to join the IG Member Program and complete your certification. At INSURE GYMNASTICS, safety and quality go hand in hand. To qualify for coverage, your gym must have certified instructors on staff. Certification protects your athletes and coaches, ensures compliance with industry standards, and demonstrates your commitment to excellence. The following five units are designed to provide instructor certification in recreational gymnastic programs, not elite programs. All units must be completed within thirty (30) days of the instructor’s employment. This certification covers all standard equipment, except trampolines, which do not meet ASTM requirements. NOTE: - All instructors at insured facilities are required to complete the official IG Certification. By doing so, you help reduce risk, promote a safer training environment, and set your gym apart as a leader in professionalism and care. - You have 30 days to complete the course after you register. If you don’t finish within that timeframe, the course will automatically close and you’ll be required to register again. REQUIREMENTS: - Before joining, please ensure you have completed the SAFE SPORT and SAFE SPORT TRAINED modules. You must also read and agree to the Insure Gymnastics Guidelines and Bylaws (linked on the signup form or under More in the navigation bar). - After joining, proceed to the Instructor Certification Course, which requires a minimum score of 80% to pass. Certification is valid for one year from the date of completion.
